Don Hugo Produce as a label was created in the early 2000’s.

The goal was to distinguish ourselves with a label exemplified by produce of the highest quality.

Don Hugo Produce, Inc. as a company and corporation was established in 2008. We offer the best-quality Mexican produce at competitive prices. Though incorporated only since 2008, our team represents over 40 years of experience in the produce industry.

We specialize in importing and distributing the best Mexican produce. We also encourage all our vendors to implement Primus certification and food safety best practices.

RIO GRANDE PRODUCE PARK

Rio Grande Produce Park has over 229,000 square feet with units available and is strategically located in Hidalgo County (by Edinburg and McAllen) near Highway 281 and FM 2812. This location provides access to convenient shipment to Mexico, as well as centralized distribution throughout the Continental United States. Units can be customized to meet your specific needs. State of the art refrigeration systems and a well-insulated envelope facilitate efficient maintenance of the cold chain required to keep products fresh and in optimal condition.
